On Sunday, October 16th, we had our
Bartholomew Baptist Associations Annual Meeting at
the Saline Baptist Church. We heard reports from all of
our successful missionary endeavors, such as or
Kansas missions this summer and plans for next year
in those areas. We also, heard from our efforts in
Hungry and with Hope Place Pregnancy Center. Rev.
Bob Black, pastor of the Ebenezer Baptist Church of
Warren preached a great annual message.
September 18th was our Homecoming here at
Northside. We had a good day! It was good to see
several that we only get to see at Homecoming.
Our Kansas Mission Team spent three days the 1st
week in August on two Indian reservations in Kansas
passing our school supplies. We received a great
blessings for our efforts. Our missionary, Daniel
Goombi, is very exited about what God is doing. He
feels as though mission projects like ours has begun to
make an impact. He started his ministry in 2006. This
year he has finally seem some professions of faith by
some of the children.
